Dear customers !

In use the new SMS system that allows you to register your payment of subscription by sending SMS to to phone number: +381646472084. This way we leave open opportunity to our users to be reconnected to Internet very fast and at any time by simply sending SMS. The system will automatically activate your account for the next 24 hours after sending the message, that is enough time for the bank to process your payment. You shall remain connected, and you can continue with normal work. Also, we suggest that you pay exclusively through a bank to avoid delay of transfers, when you pay in post office it takes 3-4 days or more to process the payment.

The message sent must be in specified format. Here are the formats that the system will accept:

Format 1: UPLATA username

Example 1: UPLATA mikron

Sent to: +381646472084

NOTE:

Font size (small, large letters) is not essential
username is the user name with which you log into our system. In case you do not know yours please call our customer service 011 208 1808. If the system accept your message, which means that it is written correctly and that the data is correct, you will be connected or you will remain connected the next 24 hours.

Format 2: UPLATA CodeNumber

Example 2: UPLATA 16541

Sent to: +381646472084

CodeNumber, is the number under which you, as a user, are registered in our system. This number is different and unique to each user. You can find out your number in manager.zonanet.rs

If your code number is 16541, you would send message:
UPLATA 16541 to phone number +381646472084

NOTE:

Font size (small, large letters) is not essential
All messages that are not written in one of these formats are considered invalid and will not be taken into consideration, that you will not receive a response to them
SMS system is still in testing phase, so please have that in mind

Price of SMS is the same as the price of sending a standard SMS message. For more information about SMS prices, please contact your mobile operator.
